The Four Season Retractor is a great outdoor banner display solution. The durable base can be filled with sand or water for ballast and includes wheels on the bottom for movability. Simply attach the retractor roller to the bottom of the base and pull up to clip into the pole top. The telescoping pole allows the display to adjust between 61" up to 77.75" tall.
